SICK IN BED

So I was feeling down yesterday and woke up feeling worse this noon! I also couldn't sleep all that well the last couple of nights. I just keep waking up every hour or so, (I'm a chronic insomniac) which doesn't help with the way I'm feeling. I'm feeling stressed about not working out and to make matters worse I'm bout to get my period and my appetite is scary! So in summary: I'm all bloated, craving anything and everything, can't workout, have a headache, can't get out of the bed, bored, annoyed, stressed and losin my mind!

I've decided to skip the weigh in this week. Well I'm not stepping on that scale until I feel better and ready. I don't wanna make myself feel worse and fall off the wagon because I feel so weak.

I wanted to write about my weekend today but not happening. The computer is making my head hurt. Wish me luck people! I really need it. ♥

Hey take care! Maybe a good rest might perk you up. Don't worry about weigh ins at all. Its far more important to take care of your health. Get well soon ♥

i agre with you to skip the weight this week but don't tell chris{comsulor..deliberite life} about it>>>she is not one to say you are off for a week, and remember sleep is your lover, so treat him well and spend a lot of time with yoour lover and cj up above agrees with me and also eat a lot of comfort food, maybe eve a doughnut

I think it sounds like you made the right choice for you. An insomniac like me needs to lay off the guilt or the next night will be worse. :)

I hope you get better soon, and that you are zonked out somewhere comatose. Because that would be heavenly.

you know this is really interesting journey beyond survival, because i was in a coma, comatose for 28 hours>>>diabetic, and it was heavenly>>>maybe that is where i got my appreciation for sleep>>i woke up refreshed{but in a hospital} and my first words, get me out of here this must be costing me a fortune

Sure hope you are feeling better. I agree with you about the scale - keep away until you are up to it. Why take the chance and make yourself feel worse, although you might be surprised with the results.

Feel better, girl!
